My name is Roger Tiedemann. The primary business that I’ve engaged in through my life is computers. I have a lot of experience with computers and electronics in general.
Most of my computing experience has been with Windows computers in consumer environments, but I have spent about 9 years in corporate environments as well.
I have now lived in Sugarloaf since March of 2017, and previously lived here from 2003 to 2006. So about 11 years in Big Bear all together as of this posting.
I love to help people resolve computer issues and have a high degree of attention to detail when I’m doing it. I ask questions that are obtuse at first, and narrow down to specifics so that I resolve your issue.
I have possessed multiple industry certificates over time, and spent a fair amount of time in college / University studying computer science.

Yes, this really is a real business.
No we do not really have a real tower.
No we do not have bears all over the place, they’re strictly fanciful eye-candy for the site.
WHO WE SERVICE
We service all different people. I’ve helped everyone from security guards and people who work in Vons, to doctors and C-Suite (corporate) people. I have always provided a certain amount of “white glove” support.
Everyone is welcome. I’ll service businesses as well as consumers.
