For remote support we utilize the app AnyDesk, which can be downloaded through ninite.com.
Should you feel uncomfortable with ninite, then we recommend downloading directly at anydesk.com. Please note that when you install it you get a workable version then they ask you to download it again. The second download is optional at the moment and may lead to a pay-for version.
